We, the 'Hyderabad Haleem maker's association have grouped and organized ourselves under an umbrella to protect the authentic, genuine and Hyderabad's very own unique meat based delicacy of 'Hyderabad Haleem'. Though one can say, 'Haleem' as such a food product, which had its origins elsewhere away from India, after its entry into the historic city of 'Hyderabad.
